  • 3 tablespoons of grated coconut.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla essence.
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.

Preparation

  1. Place the eggs in a bowl with the mascabo sugar and beat with a fork. When it is well aerated, add 3/4 cups of whole wheat flour and continue beating.

  3. Once mixed, add the rest of the flour and the baking powder with a splash of milk.
