In an interview with Billboard, Ronson spoke about his desire to work with Gosling again, especially after their collaboration on a Christmas version of the Oscar-nominated hit song.

“Ryan… has amazing taste and great ideas, and is an extremely fun and talented musician and singer. So we did this cover and then we started hanging out and I would definitely love to make more music. You know, I think it would be great. And “We have talked a little about it,” Ronson said.
