Peter Imhof: “We laugh a lot together”
Ana Plasencia (49) presents the magazine “Umschau” on MDR and also works as a news anchor for Deutsche Welle. Peter Imhof has been hosting the show “MDR um 4” since 2003.
In an interview with the magazine “Superillu” the two really rave about each other. “Ana is a totally committed person. You can rely on her 100 percent. And: We laugh very, very much together,” said the moderator.
Relationship only months after the breakup
Plasencia emphasizes that the two only became closer a long time after their separation in 2022. At first they were just colleagues for a long time, then they became friends. “Months after he and Eva broke up, there was this ‘Wow, that’s pretty sweet’ moment,” Plasencia says. Imhof felt the same way about her “and was emotionally detached enough from Eva to get involved with me,” said the moderator.
