According to the report, the divorce case will be heard as an “uncontested action,” meaning both parties have appeared and “entered into a written agreement regarding their property and marriage.” The document is said to have been presented to the court. Both have waived their claims to maintenance.
No war of roses between Sofía Vergara and Joe Manganiello
There was never any hint of a war of roses between Vergara and Manganiello. They cited “irreconcilable differences,” which is not uncommon in Hollywood, as the reason for the separation. In August 2023, Vergara insisted on the enforcement of a marriage contract and a separation of property.
