Nobility: Royal look: Harry and Meghan with a new website

The new appearance of the renegade royal couple is a little more royal. However, the content of the website does not necessarily indicate a rapprochement with the British royal family.

The British Prince Harry (39) and his wife Duchess Meghan (42) have made a name for themselves with a new look for their internet presence. There was speculation in the British media that the two wanted to subtly draw attention to their royal connections – without getting closer to the royal family.

From the couple’s previous website archewell.com you are redirected to the domain sussex.com. On the home page, which is bathed in royal blue, you can see a royal-looking coat of arms. Below it is written: “The office of Prince Harry & Meghan – The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.” In the background, the couple can be seen smiling and clapping in the middle of a large audience – the picture was probably taken at the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf last year, which were founded by Prince Harry.

The Archewell organization, whose structure as a charity and media production company has always been considered somewhat ambiguous, is clearly listed in two different menu items below. On the opposite page, a link leads to the couple’s website from the time before they left the royal family’s inner circle in 2020. In the center there is a menu item from the “Office”, behind which there is a link to biographical details of the two hides.

The BBC described the new look as having an “ex-presidential vibe” and noted in a smug analysis that there was no mention of the royal family at all, but that great importance had apparently been attached to the titles of Prince and Princess of the couple’s two children, Archie (4) and Lilibet (2), worth mentioning.

Harry and Meghan broke away from the royal family’s inner circle about four years ago. She and her children now live in the US state of California. The relationship with the other royals is considered tense. Despite this, Harry traveled to London at short notice last week to meet his father, King Charles III, after it was revealed that he had cancer.
