Hazel Brugger and Thomas Spitzer have become parents again. They have also already revealed details about the birth and baby.
The time of waiting is over: Comedian Hazel Brugger (30) and her husband, author and comedian Thomas Spitzer (35), have become parents for the second time. “We have a new baby at home!” the two say in the latest episode of their . And they also revealed the gender of the baby in a joint conversation: “By the way, it’s a girl.”
An “ultra-crazy” birth
The comedians don’t reveal exactly when daughter number two was born, but Brugger only lets us know this much: “The endurance and waiting drove me crazy.” The last six weeks before the birth were particularly difficult for the 30-year-old, who was barely able to leave the house due to severe back pain. The reason for this was the low position of the baby’s head, which “pressed on several nerve pathways”.
The birth went all the faster, which, according to Brugger, was “very, very intense”. It only took 45 minutes from the first contraction until the child was born. In terms of looks, her second daughter would be “simply a classic”: “A little bit darker than the first, a little bit of hair.”
Hazel Brugger feels really “good” after her second birth
After the birth of her second daughter, Brugger was happier than ever in her life. “I really didn’t expect that I would feel so well after the birth,” admits the entertainer, especially now that she knows what she’s gotten herself into. Because “if you already know what that entails, it’s completely insane to do it again,” says the 30-year-old. Nevertheless, she is proud of herself for having the courage to “bring a child into the world” again. But her husband also confirms that Brugger seems “incredibly fulfilled and happy.”
Hazel Brugger and Thomas Spitzer have been married since 2020. The couple’s first daughter was born in March 2021.
