In principle, 5 non-negotiable points are required to be able to stay in the country without a visa: tbe over 18 years old (if you are a minor you will need a guardian in Ireland), European or Argentine passport (if you emigrate for work, you will have to present a formal proposal from an Irish company), process the Irish Residence Permit (IRP) (only if you stay for more than 3 months in the country, with a cost of 300 euros and must be requested within 90 days of arriving in the country).
Also, get the Personal Public Service (PPS): this is an alphanumeric code that will allow you to find employment, access to social security and public services.
