The three days from June 28th to 30th were planned – now the Lido Sounds Festival on the Linz Urfahrmarkt site will be extended by one day. As organizer Arcadia Live announced yesterday, the festival will begin with an opening day on Thursday, June 27th. Tennessee rockers Kings of Leon and British indie rock band The Kooks will perform there. It is said that further acts are being prepared for that day.

The program is now set for the three remaining days: On Friday, Parov Stelar, Hozier, Deichkind, Benjamin Clemente, Leoniden and Anais will be joined by Gossip with front woman Beth Ditto, Roy Bianco and the Abbrunzati Boys, Tears and the eccentric performance artist Marc Rebillet from Dallas.
In addition to Kraftklub, KIZ, Nina Chuba, Bibizia, Paula Carolina, Hidden Gemz and Cousins like Shit, the German rapper Montez, OG Keemo, Ikkimel and the German world music band Bukahara are also confirmed for Saturday.

The Viennese rapper Skofi has now been announced for Sunday alongside Sam Smith, The Libertines, The Streets, Idles, The Hives, Soap&Skin, Team Scheisse, Kaffkiez, Anda Morts and Christl.
