The now 63-year-old German hired a lawyer to enforce this, as the magazine “Der Spiegel” reported on Tuesday. At the time, Kinski played a 17-year-old student who is having an affair with her teacher – when filming, Kinski, who was seen naked in the episode, was only 15 years old.
Lawyer Christian Schertz told “Spiegel”: “Nastassja Kinski was actually unaccompanied on the set when the scenes were filmed – legally valid consent as a minor was therefore logically excluded.” Regardless of this, he revoked his consent in the future on behalf of Kinski.
25 million viewers
With a good 25 million viewers when it was first broadcast in 1977, “Reifezeugnis” is one of the most successful episodes of the ARD crime series of all time. The episode has since been repeated regularly and also released on DVD.
