  1. Form the dough by mixing all the ingredients.
  2. Divide the dough into four rolls (they can be more or less, depending on the size you want the rolls) and stretch them.
  3. Now it’s time to prepare the landing. To do this, cut the chosen cheese and the ham into small cubes. Chop tomato and basil fresh and mix all the ingredients with cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and a splash of oil.
  4. Stir everything very well, until you obtain a creamy mixture.
  5. Place a little of the filling mixture in the center of the stretched dough and close with the dough folds on the edge. Repeat with all the buns.
  6. Cook on both sides in a frying pan preheated or in the oven at 180° during 5 or 10 minutes.
  7. When the buns are golden brown, remove them and wait a while for them to get warm.
