Ross Antony publishes his third baking book – this time with his mother Vivien. The two are currently on a book tour.
It’s no secret that the German-British entertainer and singer Ross Antony (49) is also a passionate baker. In 2020 he was in the final of “The Great Celebrity Baking” and then published two baking books. Baking is not just a hobby for the pop singer – but also a passion that he shares with his mother Vivien Catterall (82). And Antony doesn’t keep his love for her a secret either.
Even as a child, Antony spent time baking with his mom. And so the topic of his new book is hardly surprising: “Baking with Ross and Mama Vivien” is the name of the work. In it, mother and son share their favorite recipes – from British classics such as scones, shortbread biscuits and Welsh butter cake to international favorites – but also many personal anecdotes and memories.
Book tour “touches” Ross Antony and mother Vivien
The two of them have been on a book tour together across the country for a few days: “My mom and I are very touched by how nice you are,” enthuses the pop singer. He also shared several photos showing the mother-son duo together. But the two of them haven’t just signed books in the last few days: on Friday (February 23rd) they were also scheduled to visit the Semper Opera Ball in Dresden! Antony took 82-year-old Vivien to the prestigious event – and she clearly had fun.
The book tour will continue in the coming days, as Antony announced in his Instagram post. Among other things, the two are guests on various TV shows and hold book signings in Hamburg and Düsseldorf.
“Baking with Ross Antony and Mama Vivien” (28 euros) will be published by EMF Verlag on February 27, 2024.
