“You just have to do it”
“If you have one of these Mondays, I feel for you. You just have to do it!” Aniston wrote on her post. In the accompanying clip, the 55-year-old performs various sports exercises in a fitness room. You can also see: While Aniston is doing push-ups, she breaks them off with a groan. “Oh God. You know those days when you just don’t want to do it?” she says while lying on the floor, adding, “You just have to do it.” She then continues her workout.
