Elias Becker appeared for the first time in Germany with his girlfriend Yasmine. He also revealed possible future plans together.
Elias Becker (24) appeared in Germany for the first time with his girlfriend Yasmine Dahlberg (23) on Thursday evening (February 29th). “It’s their first time here,” reveals the son of Barbara (57) and Boris Becker (56) in an interview with spot on news. The couple attended the presentation of Longchamp’s new spring/summer collection together at the Künstlerhaus in Munich, which was transformed for the occasion into an elegant university with Parisian flair – complete with canteen, student IDs and university library. Elias Becker is enthusiastic: “I love the university culture. I love the energetic, lively feeling it gives you.”
Elias Becker feels at home in Germany
For Becker, who was born in Munich, every trip to the Bavarian capital is a beautiful experience: “I come here as often as I can. It’s a beautiful city.” In general, he always feels very at home in Germany. “I never really lived here, but only spent a few months here at a time,” he explains. “But every time I’m in Germany, I have the feeling of home. I always feel more youthful here than in America.”
In keeping with the university motto, Becker came to the Longchamp event in a light sweatshirt and casual black pants. The centerpieces of the French luxury brand’s new collection include college sweatshirts and Bermuda shorts, flowing blouses and denim from the seventies. Girlfriend Yasmine wowed in a purple two-piece with a tight skirt and crop top. The fact that the 23-year-old was accompanying him that evening was something very special for the celebrity offspring. “She’s always wanted to come to Germany, and I’m glad that she’s here with me for the first time and can get to know German culture from my perspective.”
The next trip is apparently planned soon: “I’m looking forward to the European Football Championship in the summer. Then I’ll definitely come back.” This time the couple won’t be in the city for a particularly long time: “Tomorrow morning I’m going to Paris, where I’m walking in a show,” reveals Becker, who has been working as a model for several years. His friend Yasmine accompanies him – but only behind the scenes. The 24-year-old enthuses: “She’s a beautiful woman. I could also imagine her as a model.”
Future plans with girlfriend Yasmine
However, both are currently concentrating on other topics. For the 24-year-old, it’s the music that he makes together with brother Noah Becker (30) – and his film studies at New York University, which he will complete in May. “I can’t wait to finish college and get started in Hollywood,” jokes Becker. He could also imagine working with his friend Yasmine in the future: “We have already worked together on my documentaries and short films. She wants to work in production, more behind the scenes. She is incredible at designing sets.” The 23-year-old studied at Columbia University in New York.
University flair in Munich
Model Kim Hnizdo (28) also doesn’t miss the fashion event and is enthusiastic about the university flair. All guests were registered as students for the evening with a personal student ID card. In keeping with the occasion, the salons of the Munich Künstlerhaus presented themselves as a university changing room, student canteen and university library, and the ballroom as a large university auditorium party area with stylish lounges.
“The last time I was a college girl was a while ago. I started studying law in 2016, after six months I went to ‘Germany’s Next Top Model’ and never went back to university,” reveals Hnizdo. But back then she was still a bit “shy”. “That’s why I have to catch up on the student parties now.” However, studying properly would no longer be for the 28-year-old; she is now attending “the school of life”.
Actress Emilia Schüle (31), on the other hand, would choose to study photography. “I’m trying out a lot at the moment and will soon have my first exhibition of my own,” she explains. And what about the student parties? “I can party very well, but also work very hard – something in between.”
Also there were Palina Rojinski (38), who set the mood on the dance floor as a DJ, actress Peri Baumeister (38), influencer Millane Friesen (21), actress Lisa-Marie Koroll (26), model Nicola Cavanis (25) and many more.
