First-hand information: Prince Harry wants to tell about his life in a book – «accurately and completely honestly».
Prince Harry wants to publish a book with his memoirs in the coming year.
The British Prince (36), who now lives in the United States with his wife Meghan and two children, will “for the first time ever share a definitive report on the experiences, adventures, losses and lessons that have shaped him,” said Penguin Random House in New York on Monday with.
“I am not writing this as a prince I was born as, but as a man I have become,” the 36-year-old explained in a message. He looks forward to people reading “a firsthand account of my life that will be accurate and completely honest”. The book is slated to appear later in 2022 and the proceeds will go to charitable causes.
Harry had already started this year to speak surprisingly openly and critically about his family in the British royal family. Together with Meghan (39), he gave a sensational interview on US television in which the couple accused the royal family of racism and lack of support. Harry also accused his father, Prince Charles, of passing his suffering on to his children. He described his move to California with Meghan as a breakout of a cycle of “pain and suffering”.
