The request was supported by the lawyer for the other complaint in the file, Gustavo D’Elía, who in statements to a news channel recalled the actor’s antecedent Juan Darthés, accused of abuse by actress Thelma Fardin, who left for Brazil as soon as the accusation was known.
“With seven indictments, the procedural risk is high and we have the probability of an attempted escape and we already have a history of well-known artists who have escaped,” reasoned the lawyer representing the announcer Marcela Aguirre.
