A television series about the German seamstress Karl Lagerfeldone of the great fashion figures of the 20th and 21st centuries, will be released on June 7 on the platform Disney+was announced this Tuesday during the presentation of an annual television convention, Canneseries.

There will be six episodes, an adaptation of a biography written by the French journalist Raphaelle Bacqué.
The series will be presented at Canneseries (April 5-10), a festival that will also host the presentation of a series about the American inventor and philosopher Benjamin Franklinone of the fathers of the American Revolution, played by Michael Douglas.
In recent months, the world of fashion has been the protagonist of outstanding television series, such as the Spanish “Balenciaga” on the Amazon Prime platform and “Dior” on Apple TV.
