Trains: Special service of the Miter railway with direction towards Retiro only

Collectives: In addition to extending the railway schedule, bus services will be reinforced on the main lines in the area of the San Isidro Racecourse and those of Barrancas Belgrano.

bikes: There will be free parking for bicycles to encourage sustainable mobility. Entry will be through Santa Fe and Unidad Nacional (same entrance as car parking) during festival hours. It is necessary to bring a bicycle chain for safety. Limited capacity, access to one person per bike.
Private vehicles: Lollapalooza promotes sustainable mobility and recommends carpooling, taking care of the environment, improving circulation and sharing expenses. We will work together with the traffic agents arranged by the municipality of San Isidro to order the circulation of private vehicles, giving fluidity to traffic at the main intersections, ensuring that pedestrian crossings are safe and providing information. There will also be control for improper parking and double detention.

Access Lollapalooza Argentina 2024
Lollapalooza Argentina opens its doors at 11:30 a.m. and will have three entrances:
- Access 1: Corner Av. Santa Fe and Av. Márquez.
- Access 2: Av. Márquez 900, Hippodrome Paddock entrance → ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY AND SPECIAL ACCESS FOR VIP LOUNGE: this access has two assistants for more information and who accompany them to the enabled platforms

Bracelet exchange
The enabled exchange points are:
- -La Rural Ticket Offices – Av. Cerviño 4440: Monday to Sunday from 12 to 8 p.m.
- -Unicenter (Plaza del Sol): Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The requirements to remove the seals are:
- ID
- Card with which the purchase was made
- Voucher sent to your email after making the purchase
The bracelets will be delivered in an envelope that contains a QR code, which can be scanned with your cell phone camera to obtain all the information about the festival.
If the owner of the purchase cannot collect the bracelet at the exchange point, another person may do so in his or her place, presenting a letter of authorization with the signature of the owner of the purchase certified by a notary or bank.
Lollacashless
Lollacashless is the system that allows you to load money on your bracelet, purchase gastronomic products and buy merchandising at the festival and is the only means of payment enabled within the venue. Money can be loaded at https://www.lollapaloozaar.com/cashless until March 14 inclusive.
There will be properly marked charging points within the property that will accept cash and credit cards.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY THAT I LEFT UNUSED AT THE FESTIVAL?
Once the festival is over, from Monday, March 25 to Thursday, April 25, you will have time to request a refund of the balance.
If you loaded money with a credit card before the festival, you can request a refund by entering here and completing the steps in the “Money Refund” option.
If you loaded money in cash or with a credit card on the premises, you can request a refund at the same stations where you loaded it. Once the festival is over, returns will be made at the Allaccess box office at La Rural from March 25 to April 25. In order to receive the money, it is essential to present the bracelet along with your ID and proof of purchase.
If any of these documents are missing, the money will not be returned.
