For Rod Stewart, American musician Taylor Swift is “astronomical”. The 79-year-old told the Düsseldorf “Rheinische Post”. “She’s having the biggest tour of all time. Up until now, the Stones have always had that,” he said. He also likes “the idea that she says: We can’t vote for Trump. She would have the power to do that.”
There have been heated debates for a long time about whether the pop star could support Democrat Joe Biden again, as he did in 2020. So far, the 34-year-old has not done so – but has urged her supporters to vote.
The Brit Stewart, who recently released the album “Swing Fever”, is touring Germany from May. Swift is also coming to Germany in the summer, the tickets were sold out immediately. Their “The Eras Tour” is considered the most successful concert series in music history and generated unprecedented demand.
