The “Transformers” actress explains why she wants to keep her children away from the online world for as long as possible.
US actress Megan Fox (“Transformers”) says she doesn’t want to give her children smartphones for as long as possible. “My eldest is 11 and my children didn’t grow up with screens,” the 37-year-old told presenter Alexandra Cooper on the podcast. Her three children with ex-husband Brian Austin Green “don’t have iPads or anything like that or cell phones.”
“I can’t keep this up forever,” Fox said. “It’s going to happen at some point. I’m trying to put it off as long as possible.” The actress, who also talks about unpleasant experiences with haters in the real and digital world in the podcast, says she worries every day that sooner or later her children will “have some kind of public platform.” Because she and Green are actors, she thinks it’s likely that at least one of their children could become famous at some point, Fox said. “I lose a lot of sleep over it.”
