According to RTL, the two “Let’s Dance” professionals Renata and Valentin Lusin have become parents to a small daughter. Little Stella was born in Düsseldorf on Thursday, the station reported on Friday. Mother and child are doing well after a stressful birth. “She has so much hair, right from birth. Like her dad,” said mom Renata Lusin.
The couple became very well known through the RTL dance show “Let’s Dance”, which is currently in its 17th season. There, as professional dancers, they coach celebrities and dance with them in the live shows to get ahead. In the current season, Valentin Lusin guides the influencer Ann-Kathrin Bendixen through the show. Even before the birth, RTL had stated that he would be represented by his colleague Mikael Tatarkin at the live show on Friday evening.
“It’s definitely a “Let’s Dance” baby, because tonight, on her first day of life, we’ll of course watch “Let’s Dance” together from our family bed in the hospital and cheer on our colleagues,” announced Valentin Lusin. The girl “always danced a lot” even in her stomach. “She reacted a lot, especially to tango.”
It had been a long-standing wish for the couple to finally become parents. Lusin had already suffered several miscarriages.
