Actress Kirsten Dunst has two sons with her husband Jesse Plemons. She has clear rules so that the boys can have conversations at the table later on, as she explains.
Hollywood actress Kirsten Dunst says she avoids screens and too much digital technology in her family life. “We have record players,” the 41-year-old told the US magazine “Variety”. “We’re just not a ‘Siri, play whatever’ household.”
Her two sons, ages five and two, who she has with her husband and fellow actor Jesse Plemons, also don’t get tablet devices, Dunst said. “If they want to use an iPad on the plane, it’s dad’s iPad.” Looking at her cell phone in a restaurant isn’t her thing either: “I’m not raising a child who can’t have a conversation at the table.”
Dunst was most recently seen in Jane Campion’s “The Power of the Dog” and is starring in the new dystopian action film “Civil War.” Alex Garland’s film about a fictional second American Civil War will be released in German cinemas on April 18th.
