The TV presenter Lea Wagner (29, “Sportschau”) is a fan of self-care – and even resorts to chemical support. “I do a lot of sport and do a lot of nutrition. What you can do to support the body – for example when things get more stressful at work. And I take a lot of nutritional supplements,” Wagner told the German Press Agency in Hamburg .
And laughed: “My colleague at ski jumping always makes fun of my pill box. With all the extra vitamins that I take.”
But she believes it has something to do with self-care. “I’m very grateful to my body for what it can do,” said the 29-year-old, who has previously worked as a presenter, journalist and commentator in the field of sports. From Monday onwards you can see Wagner taking on a new professional task. Every weekday at 4:10 p.m. she hosts the ARD quiz show “Ask me something easier!”. A three-person celebrity guessing team, consisting of Marwa Eldessouky, Jens Riewa and Ralph Caspers, competes against changing teams of viewers – whereby the moderator’s questions do not become increasingly difficult as usual, but rather easier.
