The “Farmer Seeks a Wife” family is getting bigger and bigger: the latest addition is the sweet baby news from farmer André and his Julia.
The “Farmer Seeks Wife” dream couple André (33) and Julia (29) are putting their love into gear: the two are becoming parents. “Our greatest wish is coming true. We look forward to seeing you,” writes project manager Julia about a clip in which the two meet in a meadow. He first kisses her beaming on the forehead and a little later holds up a white onesie into the camera that says “I love dad” – with a red heart symbolizing the word “love”.
“Why can you only hit ‘like’ once?!? I’m really happy for you! Congratulations!” writes a follower. “I’m so happy for you. The best couple of the last season, I wish you all the happiness in the world,” commented another.
In a recent story, Julia reposts a story from André that was taken while stroller shopping. “It’s starting,” they say happily.
In love, engaged and already pregnant
The Lower Rhine dairy farmer André, who is a full-time machine operator for the city, and his Julia met and fell in love in the 19th season of the dome show “Bauer sucht Frau” (autumn 2023, RTL, also on RTL+).
Things clicked for both of them straight away. Consequently, there was already a marriage proposal at Christmas. “Our unforgettable end to Christmas Eve. A yes from the first second! Yes, I want to be your wife,” she commented, which shows the two of them in the tearful and touching moment.
“You’re just like the Hollywood movies that made you think something like that couldn’t exist… but IT CAN,” commented one of her 38,000 followers. “The magic of ‘Bauer sucht Frau’ is still there. It fit from the first minute,” enthused another.
Cult show replenishment
And there is already supplies for all fans of the iconic dome show. “Bauer sucht Frau International” will start the next season shortly. From April 16th, six farmers and two women farmers will be looking for true love around the world.
