Suspected Jackson Victims: Will They View Singer’s Nude Photos?

Wade Robson (41) and James Safechuck (46) have been accusing the late Michael Jackson (1958-2009) of sexually abusing them as boys for several years. A lawsuit is currently being filed by the alleged abuse victims against Jackson’s production company MJJ Productions, which is said to have facilitated Jackson’s alleged actions.

As the US magazine “People” reports, MJJ Productions now wants to prevent Robson and Safechuck from having access to sealed police files that contain “photographs taken by police of Michael Jackson’s genitals and his naked body.” According to MJJ Productions, the two plaintiffs are said to have requested access to the files. The production company’s intention to block access through a motion appears to be apparent from court documents filed April 3 in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Lawyers for Michael Jackson’s production company argue that “the photographs sought by plaintiffs were not taken voluntarily by Mr. Jackson; they were the result of a court-ordered search based on a false statement made as part of a criminal investigation […].” The plaintiffs should not be given the opportunity to “take advantage of this set of circumstances by obtaining these photos.” It is not known whether or to what extent the photos will play a role in the lawsuit.

Wade Robson first sued Michael Jackson’s companies MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures in 2013. The late superstar allegedly molested him between 1990 and 1997 when he was between seven and 14 years old. Jackson’s companies and the executors of his estate are said to have facilitated the abuse. Safechuck sued in a separate case in 2014. The court dismissed both lawsuits.

Lawyers maintain innocence

However, after further dismissals of the lawsuit, the lawsuits were re-admitted. An attorney for the Jackson estate said in a statement that it was “disappointed” by the decision: “Two distinguished trial judges have repeatedly dismissed these cases on numerous occasions over the last decade because the law required it.” He continued: “We remain fully convinced that Michael was complicit in these allegations, which contradict all credible evidence and independent corroboration and were first made by the men years after Michael’s death and were motivated solely by money. is innocent.”

In 2005, Wade Robson testified in favor of Michael Jackson in another trial. The singer never bothered him. Even after Jackson’s death, he had nothing negative to say about the megastar. Robson later said about his statements that he was “brainwashed” at the time and saw Jackson as a kind of god.
