The third anniversary of the death of actor and singer Willi Herren is approaching. His sister still mourns him – and follows in his professional footsteps.
Annemie Herren, sister of the dead actor and singer Willi Herren (1975 – 2021), still thinks of her brother often, as she says. “I think about my brother every day,” said the 60-year-old in Cologne.
There really isn’t a second that goes by when her thoughts aren’t with Willi. Now the third anniversary of her death is approaching, which she will spend at the grave. “I’ll nibble on it, of course.” Willi Herren was unexpectedly found dead in his apartment in Cologne on April 20, 2021. He was only 45 years old.
The Cologne actor was known, among other things, as the serial villain “Olli Klatt” in the ARD program “Lindenstraße” – but also as a participant in many reality shows on television (RTL Jungle Camp, “Sommerhaus der Stars”, “Celebrity Big Brother “).
His sister is now following him on these paths in a certain way: Annemie Herren is one of the candidates in the new season of the RTLzwei show “Battle of the Reality Stars”. The show starts on April 10th.
Participation was an “honor” for her, said Annemie Herren. She was able to follow in her brother’s footsteps.
