In the space created by the renowned sommelier Aldo Graziani, unique wines from all over the country are discovered, while Mediterranean-inspired tapas are enjoyed. In a classic-style establishment, with bistro-type tables, you can taste 15 examples of Malbec from small, medium and large winemakers, with limited productions and exclusive “jewels.” All options are available by the bottle and some are also served by the glass. Some recommendations from the house are the Tinto de La Casa 2022 by Matías Riccitelli, a co-fermentation of Malbec from Las Compuertas and Gualtallary, in old oak barrels; the Wanted Dead or Alive El Cerro 2019, by Alejandro Sejanovich, a micro-fermentation of Malbec with small percentages of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from Gualtallary, which rests for 14 months in oak; and the Tutu Malbec Calcáreo Mix 2022, a blend of malbec from Paraje Altamira and Gualtallary, with very different profiles, achieving a complex and expressive wine. Fact: from April 15 to 21, a 15% discount will be offered on Malbecs from their virtual store.

It is a brand new wine bar located in a small but cozy place, with a modern and minimalist atmosphere, where labels curated by sommelier Florencia Turdera are offered, to pair with signature preparations. The selection focuses on giving visibility to small, unknown and very exclusive projects, also taking into account the terroir. Among the 45 wines offered, ten are 100% Malbec (although there are also blends with Malbec) and several of them are served by the glass. On April 17, in this winebar you can taste four wines with a pairing of small dishes for $35,000. You will try the Blanc de Malbec from Las Perdices, a wine from Luján de Cuyo with fruity and citrus notes, good structure and a great freshness; the Logia Rosé from Las Perdices, also from Luján de Cuyo, with aromas of red fruits and flowers, and balanced acidity; Riccitelli’s The Apple Doesn’t Fall Far Away From Tree, a malbec blend of Perdriel and Tupungato reminiscent of red fruits, vanilla and chocolate, with soft, ripe tannins and a lingering finish; and Domaine Doutre Malbec from Gualtallary, with notes of red and black fruits, herbs and spices that give it complexity. These wines can also be tasted without the pairing, for $25,000.

This attractive wine bar and restaurant invites you to try a wide selection of wines by the glass (served from a modern dispenser) accompanied by grilled, clay-oven and disc-ploughed meats. The meticulous selection is in charge of the owner of the place, Marcelo Gil, and his menu includes more than 40 varieties of Malbec, three of which can be enjoyed by the glass. The menu seeks to provide variety, adapting to current trends and always maintaining the highest quality. With this in mind, choose high-end wines and labels accessible to all budgets. Among his recommendations is Fabre Terruño 375 from Fabre Montmayou (Luján de Cuyo), aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with an aroma of red and black fruits plus notes of licorice; the expressive and tasty El Esteco Blend wine from Extremos, which combines malbec from Cafayate and Chañar Punco; and the intense and persistent DV Catena Malbec Malbec from Catena Zapata, recommended for complex cuts such as Tomahawk. On April 17, they will offer a 10% discount on all Malbec labels on the menu, served by the glass or bottle, and starting at 9 p.m., the second edition of the Wine Experience cycle will be held at the Parque Leloir headquarters. : a Creole tapas plus a high-end wine tasting for $18,000 per person.
