“Farmer is looking for a wife” star Anna Heiser (33). She shared a post in which she can be seen in a hotel room in Windhoek. The 33-year-old, who lives on a farm in Namibia with her husband Gerald and their two children, writes: “Yes, I love my children more than anything, … but I also need a break sometimes. Yes, I love it too to cuddle my children, … but sometimes I don’t want to be touched by anyone. Yes, I’m very grateful to be a mom, … but sometimes I can’t hear the word ‘mom’ anymore OK.”
Heiser was already aware that this would cause divided opinions among her followers. In another text accompanying the post, she wrote: “Judge me but I couldn’t take it anymore. I had to give myself a break.” She added: “I love my dwarves more than anything and when I read these lines I realize that I miss them so much, but I have decided to give myself the gift of one night for my mental health.” A night without “having to say ‘no’ every 5 minutes, without obligations, and having to cope with the stress of everyone.”
Criticism and a lot of understanding for Anna Heiser

Other followers wonder why Heiser makes this public through her post. It is said that it should be a given that fathers look after their children on their own. There is no reason to justify yourself.

Anna met her husband Gerald Heiser on the RTL show “Bauer sucht Frau”. The couple met there in 2017, in the 13th season of the show. Gerald Heiser was the first participant in the show’s history from Africa. The wedding followed in Poland in 2018 and again a few weeks later in his home country of Namibia.
The couple lives on the Namibian farm with their son Leon, who was born at the end of January 2021, and their daughter Alina, who was born at the end of November 2022.
