A couple again since 2023
In September 2023, Nelly confirmed that Ashanti and he had rekindled their romance, which began in 2003 and lasted around ten years. The reconciliation would have surprised them both, he said at the time. “We didn’t plan this. (…) But sometimes when you’re apart, you understand each other better.”
