“Each meeting is unique and independent of the previous one, since it works through the astrological aspect of each full moon with different proposals related to lunar energy,” clarifies Silvana Pacheco.
These sessions are aimed at anyone who is curious and love the full moon, to enhance its energy along with different holistic and psychophysical healing practices that seek well-being and balance through the moon.
Full Moon Sessions, step by step
The Graduate in Oriental Studies Silvana Pachecoone of the pioneers of these meetings in Argentina, explains that “in our country, meetings of these characteristics are still quite incipient, but interest is growing because many people are becoming aware of the power of transformation and energetic healing that these combined practices can provide in that special night.”
“We begin with an energetic cleansing using incense, we work with the astrological aspects of the moon and the week. Each meeting is accompanied with a stone and aromatherapy. The energy work will be deepened through the myths of lunar goddesses in various cultures and through yoga, meditation and sound therapy practices we will seek balance,” adds Pacheco and concludes: “Each encounter is unique and independent of the previous one, since we work through the astrological aspect of each full moon with different proposals related to lunar energy.” .
