Erol Sander is happy with his baby: The actor has confirmed the birth of his third child.
Actor Erol Sander (55) and his partner Rebecca Oehlmann (35) have become parents. The couple’s first child together, a daughter, was born on Sunday morning (April 21), as Sander confirmed a day later.
Accordingly, the little one was born at 6:46 a.m. in a Cologne clinic. “It started in the middle of the night, but everything went smoothly. The little one was alive and well in the world in no time. She is simply wonderful. Rebecca and I are overjoyed,” the new dad is quoted as saying. He also reveals the name to the newspaper: the new addition to the family is called Romy.
Sander had already confirmed to the news agency spot on news last October that he would become a father again. “It’s true, I’m going to be a father again. We’re overjoyed and looking forward to our daughter,” he explained at the time.

It is the third child for Erol Sander. He has two sons from his marriage to Caroline Goddet. The couple had been married since 2000. The end of their marriage after 22 years became known in the summer of 2022. In February 2023, Sanders’ relationship with makeup artist Rebecca Oehlmann became known, whom he had met a year earlier on the set of the RTL series “Everything that counts”.
