Serious complaint against rapper Megan Thee Stallion for sexual harassment

The renowned American rapper Megan Thee Stallion was sued by her former personal cameramanwho alleges that it was forced to watch her have sexual relations with another woman and to work in a hostile environment.

“The plaintiff was ashamed, mortified and offended throughout the entire ordeal,” states the lawsuit filed before the Superior Court of the state of California, in the western United States, where it also detailed that Stallion would have warned him: “Never comment on what you just saw”.

The former cameraman also accuses the rapper, 29 years old and whose first name is Megan Jovon Ruth Peteof fatphobia and criticizing their eating habits: “Stallion berated Plaintiff with fatphobic comments such as ‘Fat bitch,’ ‘Spit out your food,’ and ‘You don’t need to be eating,'” the lawsuit states.

The former cameraman also maintains that he was subjected by Stallion to overwork, improper remuneration, and other violations of US labor lawand states that “such harassment was so severe or pervasive” that it created “intolerable working conditions.”

“The plaintiff faces increasing anxiety, depression and physical discomfort derived from the toxic work environment due to the trauma of unpaid work,” the court document adds.

With the legal action, García seeks financial compensation for what, he argues, he is owed for his services, in addition to financial restitution for damages and expenses of the judicial process: “Megan needs to pay our client what he owes her, take responsibility for her behavior and stop this behavior of sexual harassment and attacks on body appearance”Zambrano concluded.
