Amira Pocher is now giving up the birth control pill. She had mood swings because of the hormonal changes.
Amira Pocher (31) once again doesn’t mince her words in her podcast “Liebes Leben” (exclusive to Podimo). In the latest episode, she reveals to her brother Ibrahim “Hima” (33) that she has stopped taking birth control pills. “I had so many headaches and these mood swings again. One minute you’re in a great mood, the next you hate everyone around you,” she explains her decision. It wasn’t even her anymore.
The presenter is now “withdrawing from all the hormones I’ve been pouring myself into.” But she is not afraid of side effects such as weight gain. Last year, Amira Pocher gave up using hormonal contraception – and even lost a few kilos as a result. “There was nothing left of my bust, but it didn’t matter,” she remembers.

Despite the impending “echo in the bra,” cosmetic surgery is out of the question for Amira. She is very comfortable with her appearance and has never had anything changed on her appearance. “I can say with a clear conscience: I have never had my lips injected, no hyaluronic acid in my cheeks or anywhere, I have not had anything deformed, I have not had my breasts done either,” emphasizes Oliver Pocher’s (46th) wife ).
She’s afraid of no longer looking like herself after cosmetic surgery: “I’m totally happy with myself. […] I don’t want to have a nose like something out of a catalog.” She has little understanding for the beauty craze. “Suck off fat at the age of 22? Get on the treadmill,” the 31-year-old recommends instead.
