Gabriel Leone will embody Ayrton Senna da Silva (1960-1994) in “Senna”. The miniseries of Netflix will reveal the story of adventure and improvement of the man who became Brazil’s national hero and conquered the world, on and off the Formula 1 tracks.
The series, produced by Gullane, has the active participation of the pilot’s family and the Brazilian filmmaker Vicente Amorim as showrunner. The direction is in charge of Vicente Amorim and Julia Resende.

Throughout six episodes, Senna will reveal the personality and personal relationships of the three-time Formula 1 champion, revealing step by step his triumphs, disappointments, joys and sorrows. The starting point will be the beginning of Ayrton’s motorcycling career, when he moved to England to compete in Formula Ford, until the tragic accident in Imola, Italy, during the San Marino Grand Prix.
