Singer Lisa Gentile is the fourth woman to accuse Chris Noth of alleged sexual assault.
The allegations against Chris Noth (67) are increasing: Singer Lisa Gentile is now the fourth woman to accuse the actor of alleged sexual assault. The incident is said to have occurred in 2002, as she said in a press conference.
The “Sex and the City” star and the singer met in 1998. Back then, both of them would have visited a New York restaurant on a regular basis. One evening Chris Noth offered to drive her home. The alleged sexual assault then occurred in Lisa Gentile’s apartment. He is said to have touched and kissed her against her will. In a phone call the next morning, “he warned me that it would ruin my career if I ever told anyone about what had happened the night before,” Gentile said.
Singer Lisa Gentile calls for a “day in court”
So far, she has “been afraid” to share her story because of the power of Mr. Noth and his threat to ruin my career. Now Gentile wants to “support the women who have bravely volunteered before me”. In her opinion, women should have their “day in court” “to try to hold Mr. Noth accountable for his actions – and also to stand up for the rights of my nieces, my goddaughter and future victims of sexual harassment and assault”, Gentile concluded her statement.
Two women had previously accused the “And Just Like That …” actor of sexual assault in 2004 and 2015,. Later a third victim reported who is said to have molested Noth in 2010. Actress Zoe Lister-Jones (39) also reported abusive behavior. The performer denies the allegations.
