Blur announced details of his new documentary feature film To The Endwhich will follow their recent comeback and the release of their first album in eight years.

The Britpop icons first shared a teaser about the upcoming project in February, when they announced that a feature-length documentary was on the way and that they would document the making of their latest album “The Ballad Of Darren”.


What the new Blur documentary is about
Called Blur: To The Endthe new documentary will screen in cinemas across the UK and Ireland starting July 19 and, according to a press release, “will follow the unique relationship of four friends – and bandmates for three decades – Damon Albarn, Graham Coxon, Alex James and Dave Rowntree “reunited in early 2023 to record new songs ahead of their first sold-out shows at London’s Wembley Stadium in July last summer.”
The Wembley shows refer to when the band played two massive shows back to back at the venue last summer. These historic and emotional dates will also be captured in an upcoming concert film called Blur: Live At Wembley Stadium.
