“A group of enthusiasts podcasts embarks on an investigation into the disappearance of three individuals in a picturesque Irish coastal town. However, as they delve deeper, they discover a plot much more intricate and mysterious than they expected,” says the official synopsis.
The idea for the series arose from the fascination of Jez Scharf for true crime podcasts and documentaries. According to Tonia Davisexecutive producer, is a “thriller with dark comedy overtones that challenges truth, narrative and their very purpose.”
“Bodkin” promises to be a journey full of enigmas, dark humor and philosophical reflections on truth and narrative, all while exploring the stories we construct to justify our beliefs and fears.
