Do relationships need roses? If Riccardo Simonetti had to decide, probably yes. But you have to respond to the person you are with, says the all-rounder.
Entertainer Riccardo Simonetti (31) describes himself as a very romantic person who loves kitsch. “I also take it very seriously and find it unironically good when things are romantic and don’t always have to do it with a wink,” Simonetti told the German Press Agency in Cologne.
“But I think it’s important that you don’t just use the cliché picture book romance, but rather respond to the person you’re with. If your partner doesn’t like roses, roses aren’t romantic either,” said Simonetti.
The 31-year-old presenter, author and podcaster was a guest at the presentation of the third season of “Bridgerton” on Tuesday evening. The new episodes of the historical romance start on May 16th on the streaming service Netflix.
