Jane Seymour: She was tired of men

Today Jane Seymour has a huge crush on her boyfriend. Before she met him, she was done with the world of men.

Last October, Jane Seymour (73) made it public that she was newly in love. Now the actress is opening up about how she was actually done with relationships before she met her current partner, John Zambetti.

Jane Seymour was “done with guys”

“I was very, very single,” Seymour said during an appearance on the “Tamron Hall Show.” A friend asked her to go out with her. “Look, I’m 73, I don’t think I’m going out or doing anything. I’m done with guys, it’s not going to happen,” was her initial response. Then she let herself get beaten up and a guy walked past her in a club in Malibu, California. She hadn’t thought anything of it yet.

But then she later got a call from “a mutual friend,” a rapper named Shwayze (38). He invited the actress, known, among other things, from “Dr. Quinn – Doctor with Passion”, to one of his appearances there the following week because he knew someone she should also get to know.

A cup of tea turns into a relationship

Seymour and Zambetti’s first meeting that evening was followed the next day by a “very, very long conversation with a cup of tea” that turned into dinner. Only then did the two realize that Shwayze was friends with their son Sean (38). The two had previously hung out at both her house and Zambetti’s house, but the parents had never met because their current boyfriend was happily married for 43 years before his wife unfortunately passed away.

Today, Seymour has the “most wonderful, loving, extraordinary man” at her side. Zambetti is not only very skilled and a doctor, but has also been playing in the band The Malibooz with Walter Egan (75) for 60 years.
