So, they see no alternative but to commit a murder against a police officer and carry out the biggest robbery in the city.
The idea is to activate code 999, hence the title, which involves an officer down and calling for immediate help. In this way, they intend to carry out the murder in one end of the city, to distract the authorities and generate their mobilization there and then rob the bank as quickly as possible on the other side.
