After opening their now-renovated restaurant (they transformed their sandwich shop last season), the trio and team experience tension as they face the pressure to provide excellent service and food.

“They’re drilling me,” Moss-Bachrach’s Richie can be seen telling Carmy. The pair are later shown facing off. The team will face even more mishaps, such as food and cutlery falling to the floor, the stove catching fire, and more.
“This is a dysfunctional kitchen,” Sydney says, and both Carmy and Richie respond, “Show me a functional one.”
What will the third season of The Bear be like?
FX describes the upcoming season as follows: “Carmy pushes herself harder than ever and demands excellence from her team, who do everything they can to match her intensity. His pursuit of culinary excellence will propel the team to new heights and accentuate the bonds that hold the restaurant together. As the team grows in size, each member will strive to achieve a higher level of service within their role. In the restaurant industry, you’re never on solid ground, and with that ever-changing landscape come new challenges and opportunities. “Our chefs have learned that every second counts, but this season we will find out if they have what it takes to make it to tomorrow.”
Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Matty Matheson, Oliver Platt and Molly Gordon They also star in the series.
All episodes of the third season will be released on June 27 in the United States. There is still no confirmed release date for Latin America. The first two seasons are available on Star+.
