Originally built in 1921, the 9,126-square-foot property sits behind a wrought-iron gate on a tree-lined street and features a flowing floor plan.

Although renovated in 2018, the home’s foyer, entry staircase, and formal living and dining spaces “remain virtually unchanged in form and structure,” the listing states.

Some of the newer additions include a family room with high ceilings and French doors that open to the backyard.

The kitchen features modern appliances including an 8-burner Wolf range and built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator. Away from the kitchen is a second family room, a covered porch with a wood-burning fireplace, and a large patio overlooking the backyard.

Future owners also have access to two laundry rooms upstairs and downstairs and a mudroom.

In addition to having three family bedrooms, the second floor has a master suite with a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and marble jetted tub with a beautiful freestanding tub, separate shower, and double vanities.
