This warrant accuses the singer and his mother of stealing more than $1 million in money, jewelry and other property from various businesses between October and March, which led to the arrest of both by the SWAT team last week in South Florida.


In detail, the arrest warrant alleges that both Kingston and her mother defrauded more than US$480,000 in jewelry from an individual, a Cadillac Escalade valued at almost US$160,000 and furniture that cost more than US$86,500. Kingston and his mother also allegedly stole more than US$200,000 from Bank of America and more US$100,000 of First Republic Bank.
Kingston was also accused of violating the terms of his probation two years for trafficking in stolen property in a 2020 incident involving an unpaid jewelry bill.

The singer was arrested in San Bernardino County on Thursday, hours after a SWAT team raided his home in Southwest Ranches, a suburb of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After the raid, law enforcement officers were seen loading a van with merchandise.
Additionally, video from NBC6 South Florida showed several luxury vehicles, including a Mercedes-Benz, a pair of Bentleys and a Tesla, parked outside the property. Her mother was arrested in Florida in the middle of the raid and was given bail of $160,000.

At the time of the raid, Robert Rosenblatt, an attorney for the singer and Turner, said he was ”aware of the allegations” against his clients and was ”confident of a successful resolution.”
