On Wednesday, June 5, Rhea Durham (45) congratulated her husband and father of her four children, Mark Wahlberg, on his 53rd birthday with the touching words: “Happy birthday to the husband and dad of our dreams.” She garnished the post with hearts and balloons and added: “We love you infinitely.”
Durham also shared some private photos from the family album, which show the actor intimately with his children at home, on vacation, at a football game or in bed. There is also a loving couple photo of him and Durham.
Wahlberg responded to his wife’s heartfelt post in the comments of her Instagram post, leaving a series of romantic emojis.
A hero in private and on screen
Mark Wahlberg was last seen in the adventure film “Arthur the Great,” in which he gives a stray dog a home. Two more films, entitled “Flight Risk” and “The Union,” are scheduled to be released on Netflix and in US theaters later this year.
Religious connection
The film star and the model met in New York in 2001 while the actor was attending a press event, as he told the American “People” magazine in 2010. The couple had their first date during a church service in Manhattan. “I knew shortly after that she was the one, but I still had to make sure that I could be the man I wanted to be for her,” he said at the time. The couple did not marry until 2009, after they had already become parents of Ella (20), Michael (18) and Brendan (15). After the wedding, daughter Grace (14) was born in 2010.
