Pâtisserie at The French Fair
When? On Saturday, April 8 and Sunday, April 9 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where? In the classic Plaza Francia in Buenos Aires, Recoleta.
What is “The French Fair” by Lucullus? It is an unmissable outdoor event, attended by more than 20,000 foodies – in each edition – who want to enjoy the best of French cuisine, but also its culture. This edition will be special, dedicated to the emblematic French pastry shop where more than 20 stalls will have diverse proposals, offering the most select French flavors, in an environment full of music and cultural activities for children and adults.
Entrance? It is free and free. Payment is made per dish to be consumed at each stand.
What to try? There will undoubtedly be many macarons, croissants, pains au chocolat, éclairs, operas, crème brûlée and other classic recipes combined with the best of local raw materials to further highlight the flavors of these delicacies of Gallic origin. Other invited proposals from other countries such as Japan and Argentina can also be tried. There will also be savory options and hot dishes to accompany the autumn afternoon.
