The death certificate of “General Hospital” star Johnny Wactor (1986-2024) has been released. According to a copy, the US actor was cremated and his ashes were given to his mother Scarlett Wactor in Summerville, South Carolina.

Wactor was shot and killed by three suspected car thieves on May 25. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner determined the cause of death to be a gunshot wound to the chest. The manner of death was ruled a homicide.
