Jessica Alba (43) is probably one of the proudest mothers on the planet. emotional lines to her daughter Honor, who celebrated her 16th birthday on June 7th. The “Dark Angel” star also published a video in which numerous pictures and clips from the past 16 years can be seen.
“I’m crying as I write this – it’s the most tender feeling in the world to be your mother,” Alba writes directly to her daughter. From day one, Honor has only allowed people she trusts to get close to her – which is inspiring. Her daughter can recognize “fake people” like no other person. She stands up for herself “effortlessly [ihrer] Truth”, is “considerate and kind” and cares about everyone around her. Honor has developed the ability to help others without getting caught up in drama and she is “the shoulder that so many lean on”.
“You’re growing up too fast for me”
Alba and her husband, Cash Warren (45), have “grown enormously” alongside their daughter, as she has a wonderfully calm and healing energy. The actress is proud that Honor always chooses what is right – and not what is cool. In addition, the 16-year-old pays a lot of attention to her mental well-being and unswervingly pursues her own dreams.
“We are all so blessed, my baby, and I am so grateful for our relationship – for our bond,” Alba continues. Honor chose her as a mother and that was “the greatest gift” from her daughter, whom she also calls her “angel.” “I love you more than words could ever express. You are growing up way too fast for me, but I couldn’t be prouder.”
Alba and Warren have been married since 2008. They have three children together. In addition to Honor, they have another daughter, Haven (12), and their son Hayes (6).
