Courteney Cox turned 60 on June 15. Jennifer Aniston used the occasion to declare her love to her “Friends” colleague.
Even 20 years after the end of the series “Friends”, the main actresses Jennifer Aniston (55) and Courteney Cox (60) are still close friends. That’s why Aniston shared a post on Cox’s 60th birthday on June 15th in which she found loving words for her. “We celebrate this powerful, magical, mystical, interesting, interested, wildly talented girl today!!! My sweet Courteney… she is funny like no other, beautiful inside and out,” the actress wrote alongside pictures of the duo together over the years.
Cox is “independent in the most beautiful way,” selflessly cares for those around her and is “unrelentingly loyal to the end.” Aniston also praised the birthday girl for her taste and ability to spot the smallest of blemishes. “I can’t imagine a world without her. It is the greatest honor to call her one of my best friends for life… Happy birthday, CC. I love you!” she concluded her congratulations.
Courteney Cox is visibly moved
Courteney Cox reacted emotionally to her friend’s words. “Wow, I’m crying so much. This is the sweetest thing I’ve ever read. I love you so much,” she commented on the photos. Her daughter Coco Arquette (20), whose godmother is Jennifer Aniston, was also thrilled by the congratulations for her mom. “I love you, Nuna,” she wrote under the post.
Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox’s friendship began in 1994 on the set of the world-famous sitcom “Friends”. There, the two Americans played their way into the hearts of viewers alongside Lisa Kudrow (60), Matt LeBlanc (56), Matthew Perry (1969-2023) and David Schwimmer (57). When Perry died unexpectedly last year, the series stars mourned their friend together.
