Walking through the tourist center of Recoleta you will find Seibo with a Andean cuisine proposalcompletely plant-based (no animal ingredients).
For the date, they created a three-step menu composed of typical flavors of northwest Argentina. For $15,000, it consists of humita empanadas with yasgua sauce, vegetarian locro (with cabutia, potato, sweet potato, onion, zucchini, peas and mushrooms), churros with melted chocolate and mascabo sugar, and the classic sweet pastries. Includes a drink of your choice between an appetizer, a glass of wine (Serbal or Carrascal), a natural juice or water.

Carmen, the brand new restaurant in Palermo specialized in homemade pastas, joins the June 20 celebrations with two versions of agnolotti del plin, designed by chef Ignacio Feibelmann: some vacuum braised with demiglace sauce, and others with potato, roasted bell pepper and parmesan melted with a creamy onion sauce. Both options will be available both at noon and at night.
