So what does the future hold for the office? Which of the lessons learned from the pandemic will be discarded and which ones will be preserved?
Campari Group, a major player in the global beverage industry, with a portfolio of more than 50 premium and super premium brands, is a company that cares that its employees have well-being at work, that they are happy and more productive.
This conclusion is based on a survey carried out by Grupo Campari to its collaborators after a trial period at the WeWork facilities to understand how they were going through the change in dynamics, if they preferred to continue under this modality or to return to a traditional workspace. 75% of them confirmed that the new facilities are excellent, and 57% said that the location was one of the key drivers of the change. In other words, the responses were favorable for the flexible space giant.
Spaces at WeWork are personalized to reflect a brand’s culture, values, and work styles through art, design, color, and settings that promote productivity and a sense of belonging. In turn, “place identity”, or the feeling of being at home in the workplace, is beneficial to employee satisfaction and productivity. In the survey conducted, employees were asked if they believed that this new location gave them more versatility and options to work in different ways, and 95% said yes.
More than a year after the pandemic, we know that remote workers appreciate the newfound flexibility and freedom of not having to commute or waste valuable time with family, friends and pets. The survey also compares the two offices that the group has (Puerto Madero and WeWork), and they were asked which one seems more comfortable, and 78% agreed that WeWork has the best location.
“For most companies, the future of work is hybrid. This model that we promote at WeWork will take the freedom and flexibility of remote work and improve it by offering workers access to shared spaces where they can collaborate or simply leave the house to concentrate, ”reflected Tomás Calusio, director of WeWork Argentina.
