After the Danish Crown Prince came of age last year, the next milestone in his life is now approaching: passing his high school diploma. What happens next?
The Danish Crown Prince Christian (18) has passed his high school exams. “I am very happy and satisfied,” Christian told reporters on Monday after he had completed his final high school exams. In the coming weeks he wants to enjoy the summer and celebrate with his friends, family and class, said the Crown Prince.
Christian remained vague about his future plans. After the summer holidays he wanted to “see the world” and prepare for various things, the Crown Prince replied to a corresponding question. Just like his classmates at Ordrup Gymnasium, Christian wore the white and wine-red cap that is typical for high school graduates in Denmark.
His father, King Frederik X (56), his mother, Queen Mary (52), as well as his siblings Isabella (17), Josephine and Vincent (both 13) also came to the high school on the northern outskirts of Copenhagen to congratulate Christian.
